These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Greetify, an AI-based greeting image generation platform operated under TRADING BANIYA, a proprietorship owned by Nitish Goyal ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using Greetify via https://greetify.co or https://app.greetify.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

There is no minimum age restriction, however:

Users must not create, upload, or generate content that is:

• Abusive, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, defamatory, or illegal
• Violating privacy or intellectual property rights of others
• Against applicable Indian laws or public order

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found violating these rules, without prior notice.

Users may sign in using:

• OTP via WhatsApp mobile number
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account.

Users may voluntarily provide:

• Personal details (name, phone number, address, DOB, gender, email, etc.)
• Business details (business name, owner name, branding info)
• Photos, logos, or other media uploads

• All greeting images are generated using AI systems based on user input.
• Users are allowed to use generated images commercially, including for business promotions.
• Resale of generated images (including as templates or products) is permitted.
• Greetify does not guarantee exclusivity or originality of outputs.

Greetify uses a virtual in-app currency called Sparks.

Sparks can be earned or purchased and are used to generate greetings or access features.

Sparks:

• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Are non-refundable
• May expire or be modified as per platform rules

• Greetify offers Free, Premium, and Diamond plans
• Paid subscriptions are handled via Razorpay
• Subscriptions are auto-renewing
• Users may cancel anytime; benefits continue until the end of the billing cycle
• Users are advised to also disable auto-pay at their bank/UPI/card level for added safety

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms or policies are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• Legal or regulatory requirements demand it

No compensation or refund will be issued in such cases.

Greetify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
• AI output inaccuracies

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding billing cycle.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
